C100 Series Charge Sensitive Preamplifier for Semiconductor Detectors

C100 series charge sensitive preamplifiers are designed primarily for semiconductor detectors up to 100pF.

● Low noise characteristics are achieved even with a built-in first-stage FET protection circuit. This protection circuit eliminates the need to slowly increase and decrease the bias voltage. Thus, even in an emergency where the voltage must be quickly shutdown, the first-stage FET is protected. Demonstration for HV switching test

● Further, C101A and C102A have built-in compensation circuits to suppress offset voltage changes caused by temperature changes. This makes it possible to reduce offset voltage shift caused by temperature changes during unipolar measurement.

The GSP provides two charge sensitive preamplifier models and the optional connection cable as shown below.

Model DescriptionPrice (including tax)
C101ACharge sensitive preamplifier with a BNC-J connector to the detectorJPY 108,900
